In conversations with his peers, Joe identified that many other technical leaders were experiencing the same struggle – recruiting agency resources without sufficient technical understanding to identify and engage quality candidates.
With the vision of finding and recruiting top engineering and executive talent for innovative companies, 180 Engineering was born.
Knowing that he could not build a successful technical recruiting firm on his own, Joe assembled a team of staff rich with both engineering and recruiting expertise.
